Empathy Mapping

By understanding the types of users, their mindset, driving force followed by their pain and gains. Everyone gets the glimspe of the bigger picture and the various problem that persists.

Pulling out all the observations together and with the help of brainstorming tools, dot voting and grouping tactics, we identified the various setors withing the whole process and the pains and frustatiojns that followed with it which further helped us in creating a point of view based on the users need.

Mapping the journey
